All items are handmade and made to order.
Colors may vary slightly due to lighting, monitor settings, and material batches. Examples are provided in listings. Minor color discrepancies are not grounds for refund.
Custom text and designs will be engraved or printed exactly as provided by you. Please double-check all information before submitting your order.
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
Once shipped, the responsibility for delivery lies with USPS. Please file a claim with USPS for lost, delayed, or damaged items.
