Because all our products are made-to-order and custom-personalized, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once the order has been placed.
Please make sure to double-check all personalization details, colors, and shipping information before submitting your order. If you made a mistake in the personalization, please contact us within 24 hours — we’ll do our best to help if your order has not yet gone into production.
In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery. We may request clear photos of the item and packaging to assess the issue and determine whether a replacement can be offered.
