📦 Returns & Exchanges

Due to the custom and handmade nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is placed and confirmed.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.


🎨 Color Accuracy Disclaimer

Please note that colors may appear slightly different in person than they do on your screen due to differences in device displays, lighting, and photo editing.
We do our best to represent each color accurately and provide examples in the product listings.
Minor color variations are not considered defects and are not grounds for return or refund.


🚚 Shipping & Lost/Damaged Packages

All orders are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service). Once a package leaves our studio, we are not responsible for delays, damage, or loss caused by USPS.

If your order is:

  • Marked as delivered but not received,

  • Lost in transit, or

  • Arrives damaged,

You must file a claim directly with USPS:

We will support you with documentation, if needed, but we are not liable for outcomes of USPS claims or reimbursements.


📬 Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or outdated addresses provided by the customer. If an item is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges will apply for resending.


🛠️ Custom Orders

Please make sure all custom details — such as name, font number, and social handle — are correct when submitting your order. What you provide is what we engrave.
Once a design is confirmed and production has started, no changes can be made.
